SAUNABODI SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

1. Subscription Program
Saunabodi offers recurring subscription purchase options for eligible products. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Saunabodi to automatically process recurring orders and charge your selected payment method according to your chosen delivery frequency until your subscription is cancelled.
2. Subscribe & Save
Customers enrolled in our standard Subscribe & Save program receive 15% off eligible recurring subscription orders, unless another offer or promotion expressly states otherwise.
There is no minimum purchase commitment.
3. New Subscriber Promotional Offer
Eligible new subscribers may receive 50% off their first qualifying subscription order.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, after the first qualifying order, subsequent subscription orders receive the standard 15% subscription discount from the applicable regular price.
The introductory discount applies only to the first eligible subscription order and does not apply to subsequent recurring orders.
Eligibility and promotional limitations may apply and will be disclosed with the applicable offer.
4. Automatic Recurring Charges
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Saunabodi and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order at the delivery frequency you selected.
Your subscription will continue until cancelled.
The amount charged may include applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges disclosed at checkout.
5. Delivery Frequency
Available delivery frequencies may include every 30, 45 or 60 days or other frequencies made available by Saunabodi.
You may change your delivery frequency through your subscription account, subject to any applicable processing deadlines.
6. Skipping Deliveries
You may skip an upcoming eligible delivery through your subscription account before that order is processed.
Skipping a delivery does not cancel your subscription.
7. Pausing Your Subscription
Where available, you may pause your subscription through your account.
While paused, recurring orders will not be processed according to the terms displayed when you initiate the pause.
You may reactivate your subscription through your account.
8. Modifying Your Subscription
Subject to availability, you may change eligible products, flavors, quantities, delivery frequency, shipping information and other subscription settings through your subscription account.
Changes should be made before your next order is processed.
9. Cancellation
There is no minimum subscription commitment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the online subscription management tools made available through your account.
Cancellation prevents future recurring subscription orders from being processed.
Cancellation does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

10. Orders Already Processed
Once a subscription order has entered processing, we may be unable to stop or modify that shipment.
If an order processes before your subscription is cancelled or modified, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds for processed subscription orders are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.
11. Returns & Refunds
Subscription purchases are subject to the Saunabodi Returns & Refund Policy.
Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a return or refund.
A cancellation stops eligible future recurring charges; it does not automatically create a refund for previously processed orders.
12. Pricing
Subscription discounts are calculated against the applicable regular product price unless otherwise stated.
If we change the price applicable to future subscription orders, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
Where required, that notice will include information about how to manage or cancel your subscription.
13. Payment
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for your subscription.
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again and/or contact you to update your payment information.
We may pause or cancel a subscription following repeated unsuccessful payment attempts.
14. Promotional Offers
Subscription promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, redemption limits, product restrictions, expiration dates or other terms disclosed with the promotion.
Promotional discounts generally cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
15. Changes to Your Subscription
When you request a change to your subscription, the change will apply according to the timing and terms displayed when you make that change.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of material changes affecting your subscription and information about your cancellation rights.
